Josh Howell

After spending two years in South Africa working with YWAM, Josh and his family returned to the States where Josh acquired his Bachelor degree from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette and began work as a Health Care Administrator. He holds a Nursing Facility Administrators license in Louisiana. Serving for two years with Central Control Inc., Josh made the move to the assisted living field working in South Carolina before transitioning to Meadow Greens in Lynden, Washington. Operating as Administrator, Meadow Greens continues to enjoy consistent census and growth. Josh credits Meadow Greens success to the stable and wonderful staff who unselfishly gives of themselves to the residents who call Meadow Greens home.

John Mead

John Mead

John Mead has worked in the food service industry for over 30 years. John has been the Food Service Director at Meadow Greens since August 1st of 1995. He holds a Servsafe Certification and completed his dietary manager’s training from Bellingham Technical College. John states he enjoys working with the residents of Meadow Greens to meet their individual nutritional needs.

Annette Tjoelker

Annette has worked in the nursing field for 28 plus years. Her career started as a certified nursing assistant in a skilled nursing home. After acquiring her Practical Nursing’s license, she spent 10 years in family practice. With a growing desire to work more closely with the senior population, Annette returned to the skilled nursing sector as an LPN floor nurse at Christian Health Care in Lynden. Annette made the transition from skilled nursing to assisted living when, in August of 2006, she accepted the job as Director of Nursing here at Meadow Greens. Annette leads a nursing team that takes great pride in meeting the needs of each and every resident.
