 Private Apartments
Apartments at Meadow Greens offer privacy, with individualized key-lock access. Each apartment is self contained with private bathroom facilities.
Beautiful Views
Many of the apartments include a view of the spacious Homestead golf course, and mountains to the north and east.
Van Trips
The comfortable Meadow Greens van takes scheduled trips to the Lynden shopping areas two times per week, with trips to Bellingham shopping destinations once a month. The Whatcom Specialized Transportation can be easily scheduled to aid transportation needs seven days a week. The Whatcom Transit Authority router bus is also easily accessible at the corner of the Meadow Greens property.
Laundry Facilities
There is a complimentary laundry facility on each floor at Meadow Greens. Each laundry room is complete with washer, dryer, folding table, ironing board and iron.
Fire Safety Features
There is a complete sprinkler system throughout the building and in each apartment. There are also smoke detectores and fire extinguishers in each area. Fire drills are conducted each month as required by the Washington State Fire Marshall to aid in staff training.
Heat Control
Each independent living apartment has its own heat controls. The Assisted Living apartments also have individualized air conditioning units.
Activities
Meadow Greens has an Activity Director who plans rides in the country, dinner outings, Bingo games, and a variety of activities to appeal to a wide range of interests.
 Church Services
Every Sunday several local churches bring their vans to Meadow Greens to offer transportation to and from their churches. There are two Bible studies scheduled during the week, with a Vesper service held each Sunday.
Beauty Shop
There is an on-site shop offering beautician services. Payment arrangements and appointments are made through the beautician.
Podiatrist
Appoximately every nine weeks a podiatrist comes to Meadow Greens. Podiatrist payments are made privately or through Medicare.
Visiting Nurse
The Visiting Nurse comes to Meadow Greens approximately every six weeks to perform pedicures and manicures. Visiting Nurse collects payment at the time of service and is responsible for their fee structure.
